Mr. B Narendran (DIN: 01159394) is a Chemical Engineer and a Master’s Graduate from USA in Transportation, had been a consultant to State Highways Administration, Baltimore, USA, Shell Inc. Houston and Rite-Aid Pharmacy, Detroit. Thiru Narendran is also the Honorary consul, Republic of Philippines in Chennai. Appointed as Director of SPIC on 19th January 2009, he is a Member of the Audit Committee, Chairman of both Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee. He is also serving as Member of the Board of several companies, both listed and unlisted.

Thiru S. Asokan, is an Engineering Professional with 5 decades of experience , holds a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering with distinction from Annamalai University. Joined Southern Petrochemical Industries Corporation (SPIC) in 1973. Later from 2001 to 2013 served for Technip India ,a EPC company (JV of SPIC and Technip France) as Senior Vice President (Projects). Thiru Asokan has rich and cross cultural experience in Engineering Management, Project Management, Procurement, Installation and Commissioning of Petro Chemicals, Oil & Gas, Fertilizer, Low / Cryogenic storage terminals and Chemical plants. Have expertise in basic design, detailed design engineering, revamp, failure analysis and repair. Since 2013 Thiru Asokan renders consultancy to the Chemical Industries.

Mrs. Rita Chandrasekar (DIN: 03013549) is a Partner in the leading Advocate firm M/s. Aiyar and Dolia, since 1984. The firm was established by her father late B.R.Dolia, in the year 1957. Her firm has been retained by several Public Sector Banks and Corporates.

They are also Advisers to many multinational Companies, Resident & NRI Clients regarding investment of funds, establishment of industries, purchase of immovable properties etc., She is the Standing Counsel for Chennai Metro Rail Limited.

Devaki Ashwin Muthiah is a Director on the Board of AM International Holdings. As a part of the leadership team, she drives the group’s strategic growth plans across Singapore, India and the UK to accelerate its future-readiness.

Devaki works alongside the professional leadership team to grow the global footprint of various group businesses. She is committed towards the organisation’s goal of attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining the best talent. She also guides operative companies to become world-class entities imbibing the values of resilience and prudence.

Devaki is the first of the fourth generation of the founder’s family. Earlier, she has interned in global luxury firms such as Joseph and Chopard in the UK. Till recently, she served as a senior analyst at an independent investment management firm in London. In addition, she has actively volunteered as a mentor and university liaison for GAIN (Girls are Investors) charity in the UK and continues to do so.

Devaki also serves on the boards of Manali Petrochemicals’ UK-based subsidiaries, Penn Globe Limited and Notedome Limited.

K R Anandan is Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Southern Petrochemical Industries Corporation Limited (SPIC). He oversees all the financial activities of the company.

Anandan has more than 33 years’ experience in industries that range from writing instruments, to thermal energy, windmills, sugar and distilleries, and petrochemicals. He has rich experience in Corporate Finance, Treasury Management, and Risk and Business Management. Anandan is also a Director in Tuticorin Alkali Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited, an associate company of SPIC.

In his current role, Anandan is in charge of the accounting & finance divisions at SPIC. He is responsible for financial planning, risk-management and investments, and lending a strategic direction to the company’s growth.

Prior to his current role, Anandan was CFO at Greenstar Fertilizers Limited, Tamilnadu Petroproducts Limited (TPL), Tuticorin Alkali Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (TFL), BGR Energy Systems Limited, RRB Limited and GM Pens International Private Limited.

E Rajesh Kumar is a Whole-Time Director at Tuticorin Alkali Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (TFL). He is responsible for overall production at the plant while also overseeing enhancements in productivity.

Rajesh has 27 years’ experience in both operations and technical services. He specialises in Energy Management and is a Certified Energy Auditor from Bureau of Energy Efficiency, an agency of the Government of India, under the Ministry of Power. His expertise extends to de-bottlenecking projects and managing production, technical services and capacity enhancements.

Prior to his current role, Rajesh was the Deputy General Manager (Production) at Southern Petrochemical Industries Corporation Limited (SPIC) and Greenstar Fertilizers Limited.

During the course of his career, Rajesh has authored multiple articles. His scholastic efforts have been acknowledged and awarded by the Fertilizer Association of India (FAI).
